Branding
Branding theory and practice were radically altered with the creation of the Internet. The traditional offline sales cycle spans several media as it moves through the four stages of assertion, demonstration, transaction and service. Conventional, offline branding is a relationship built over time, across a range of different media, gradually giving customers and would-be customers an impression of the organisation and knowledge of its products and services.

E-Branding is immediate. It is based on the exchange of information or the transaction taking place online. E-Branding is the experience of the words, images, and services available on your site. Ultimately this means that your user’s experience is your brand. On the web your marketing and sales channels exist together with far less chance of your customer being disconnected. The benefits of this are obvious, if you get it right, but should you get any part of the process wrong, your brand can be irreparably damaged.

At Network Build we make your brand come alive; we immerse ourselves in your business and help you re-define the nature of your message without forgetting the values your company was built upon. We then translate this knowledge into a user experience that is structured to engage your users both visually and contextually.

From designing a logo to integrating your systems with a bank we will brand the user experience to enhance every interaction your customers have with you. By doing this we can build value into every part of the user experience which will help keep customers at your site and more importantly keep them coming back to your site.
